For those who are tired of dieting, tired of walking in circles, losing weight, gaining weight again, losing weight again and gaining weight again, my weight loss experience may be interesting.
I’m tired of starving, losing weight and eating even more weight than I had before the diet. All my attempts to lose weight led to fleeting results.
But that all changed when I came to control my diet by counting calories and PJU (protein, fat and carbohydrates).
Calorie counting not only helps you learn to control your diet, but it also changes your eating habits, changes your lifestyle.
You begin to understand how much food you need in order not to gain weight and even lose weight, you begin to consciously approach food. And if before, without hesitation, I ate everything I wanted, now you will think a hundred times whether it is worth putting an extra piece of food in your mouth because of boredom. Indeed, often we really eat e because we are hungry, but because we are bored - watching TV and just sitting with friends and relatives. Food is always used.
We must remember - if we want to be slim, we exclude overeating! We control our food and everything will be fine.
I'll tell you about my menu as an example of food on the count of KBZHU.
Breakfast - scrambled eggs from two eggs and a sandwich on Darnitsk bread (30 g) with fish paste (30 g). And jasmine green tea, my favorite.
I got breakfast for 350 kcal.
Today I just have a victory over the eggs😂 - the yolks did not flow! All 4 pieces turned out to be intact! Tell me, is there a secret to get fried eggs, and not something spread in the pan? Well, besides the fact that you need to carefully break and pour the egg into the pan? And then recently I have problems with fried eggs, apparently in a hurry I cook.
On Monday I have a business day planned, since all weekend went shopping and business.
But after breakfast I did a little work so that nothing urgent would burn and knock me off the planned course.
I like everything to be according to plan. If something is to be done, it is planned. But at the same time, as she lost weight, she became very light on her feet. When something sudden is outlined, my husband immediately says to me: "You are understandable that you are boiling for any 😂"
This is how I changed and my attitude to active pastime. Previously, any trip somewhere, even to the shops, was hard, you had to tune in. It is really hard to carry such extra weight on yourself.
And recently I started talking about what we will be doing for the New Year holidays. In response I heard: "Well, you won't let me sit quietly, drag me somewhere" 😂. Of course I will! I want more activity!
Had a snack with persimmon (200 g) - 135 kcal. And she took up household chores.
Today we also need to cook. Traditionally, boil a pot of soup for a few days and cook something for dinner.
And also my apples froze on the balcony - I forgot them there, and here it was frost. I decided to bake my strudel on puff pastry. Maybe I'll try it myself - everything will depend on the free calories left for the evening.
For dinner I cooked chicken liver stewed in yogurt and boiled buckwheat.
My lunch is a plate of pickle (450 g) with 40 g of natural yogurt and 30 g of Darnitsa bread for soup.
It turned out lunch for 290 kcal.
After lunch I have already devoted time only to work. Today you will have to sit at the computer until late.
My dinner is 100 g of boiled bulgur, 200 g (weight with gravy) of stewed liver. And 100 g of cucumber for freshness.
Dinner for 440 kcal.
All day I waited for our New Year's tree to be brought. And they brought it, as if on evil, after dinner, in the evening. She ran and took the tree and immediately began to collect and decorate it. I really wanted to quickly dress up the Christmas tree and turn on the garlands.
You were worried about Buska. She watched us all evening. Then she smelled the tree, met her, licked her lips and went to bed. Maybe our vigilance puts us to sleep and at night will show who is in charge? 😂

I was already tired of dressing up😂 and decided that I would still spend my remaining free calories on a piece of strudel in puff pastry that I had prepared for the family.
100 g strudel with tea - 270 kcal. Yes, I calculated its calorie content.
After strudel, it's not so offensive to sit down at the computer again in order to finish what was planned for the day.
Result of the day: K - 1485, B - 89, F - 58, U - 135.
To help a calorie deficit while losing weight, there will always be:
- adherence to the drinking regime (30 ml per 1 kg of body weight)
- physical education (at least walks and regular exercises).
And so that there is no sad experience with unsuccessful skin tightening, do not forget that the most useful and correct thing is slow weight loss. In this case, from the very beginning of losing weight, it is necessary to help the skin tighten, take care of it.
