Outwardly, you really can't tell: D Such a mystery snack turns out…. Here, prepare and conduct the experiment yourself... will know who is made of what or not.
I often prepare such a salad from zucchini for a festive table, I love it very much for its juiciness, taste and quick preparation. And of course for the "wow effect" from the guests. Try it!

To begin with, pour half a liter of water into a ladle, add salt, bay leaf, allspice and cloves. I put on fire and bring to a boil.
In the meantime, I'll take care of the zucchini.
If the zucchini is no longer young, then it is better to peel and remove the seeds. It is not necessary to carry out these manipulations with young people.
I cut the zucchini into strips, I have such a kitchen appliance (it came with a vegetable peeler). By the way, you can grate the zucchini for Korean carrots.

The water has just boiled, I remove all the spices. I remove the ladle from the stove. I add zucchini to the water, mix and let them stand for 10 minutes.
As time passes, I drain the liquid from the zucchini. I transfer the zucchini to a deep bowl, where I will cook a snack.
I add chopped garlic clove, lemon juice, sweet paprika to the zucchini. If you are a spicy lover, then I recommend adding red pepper. You can also sweeten it a little if you wish. I stir it.
