Delicious and beautiful Tiffany salad for the festive table. This salad has an unusual, but very tasty combination of chicken fillet, cheese, nuts and sweet grapes. If you love fruit-infused salads, then you will definitely love this flaky salad. In addition, it looks very beautiful on a festive table, just like a real precious decoration. Tiffany salad is perfect for birthday and New Years celebrations.
Preparing this salad with chicken fillet and grapes is easy. However, like any puff salad, it needs time to soak, so you can safely cook it on the eve of the holiday.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 300 g
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- cheese - 150 g
- walnuts (almonds) - 1/2 cup
- grapes - 1 bunch
- mayonnaise - 100 g
- parsley - bunch
- curry seasoning - 1 tsp l.
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the chicken fillet. To do this, wash the fillets and dry them with a paper towel. Rub the fillets on all sides with curry and salt.
2. Put the fillet in a hot frying pan with a little vegetable oil. Over high heat, fry the fillets on each side for one or two minutes until golden brown.
3. When the meat is slightly browned, pour about a glass of hot water into the pan, cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Put the finished meat on a paper napkin so that the excess liquid is glass and let it cool.
4. Cut the finished cooled meat into cubes.
Put the chopped meat on the bottom of the plate, in which we will serve the salad on the table. Lubricate the top with mayonnaise.
5. Chop the nuts with a knife. If desired, the nuts can be fried. Put the chopped nuts on top of the meat.
You can also take almonds for this salad, but they must be fried.
6. Rub the cheese on a fine grater. We spread it with the next layer on the nuts.
Grease the cheese with mayonnaise.
7. Three eggs on a coarse grater and put on a cheese layer.
We also grease the eggs with mayonnaise on top.
8. We cut each grape into 2 halves, if the grapes are with seeds, then the seeds will need to be removed.
Spread parsley leaves along the edge of the salad.
Decorate the middle of the salad with cut grapes.
