✅👌 Personally, I do not know of a simpler, quick and universal recipe for breakfast or snack.

A glass of kefir, 1 egg and a little cheese: and the result is a whole plate of delicious pastries for breakfast

✨Such cheese sticks can be served for lunch or dinner instead of bread. You can crunch deliciously while watching an interesting movie or offer it for a snack during friendly get-togethers.

✨And to prepare such baked goods, you will need the most common ingredients and less than half an hour of free time.

📕 For cooking you will need: 🥙

Kefir (any fat content) - 250 ml
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - 400-450 g
Soda - 1 tsp l. without a slide
Green onions - small bunch
Hard or semi-hard cheese - 100 g
Salt to taste
Odorless vegetable oil - for frying

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Kefir at room temperature, pour into a large deep bowl. If you forgot to get it out of the refrigerator in advance, it's okay. Just microwave it for 30 seconds and stir it well. Add soda to kefir and mix with a whisk.

Next, drive in the egg and stir it well. No need to whip.

We rub hard cheese on a coarse grater into the kefir mass.

Finely chop the green onion and send it after the cheese. Mix thoroughly.

Sift the flour and add it to a bowl. We do not put everything at once. First, add about ¾ of the total, add the rest gradually. It is important not to clog the dough with excess flour, let it remain slightly sticky - ready-made sticks will be fluffier and softer.

We knead the dough first with a spoon, and then with our hands. We do not knead for a long time. As soon as the dough gathers into one lump, put a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove - let it warm up.

Sprinkle the table with flour, spread the dough and roll it into a layer, about 5-7 mm thick.

We cut the rolled dough into small pieces. These can be rectangles, squares, triangles, etc. - at your discretion.

We spread several blanks at a time in heated oil. Fry for several minutes over moderate heat until golden brown.

Then turn over, prying with a spatula, and continue to fry until tender. We remove the fried crumpets on napkins, and when the oil is absorbed, we transfer them to a plate.

Serve hot. The sticks are airy, soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. And the aroma is simply beyond words.
