Today I want to offer you a recipe for cheese mini-pizzas.

They are so delicious that I want to eat them all. But at the same time and hearty - so all at once is unlikely to eat at once. But control yourself is worth it if the cook vkusnoten!)

So, the main thing to cook the dough.

And the dough we need:

  • 200 g plain cheese (I recently take enough fatty foods. That's my cottage 9%),
  • one egg,
  • 100 g of rice flour (can be replaced by any wholegrain flour (except corn - not advise its flavor due to which it provides)),
  • a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

This dough is in principle universal. Can and rolls of neo cheese and sweet rolls and cook cheesecake with cottage cheese.

All the ingredients mix and get the dough for our mini pizzas. The dough is a little watery and stick to hands.

Moisten your hands with water take share dough into 4 pieces and gently spread patty on a silicone mat (or baking paper), we try to form a rim.

In general, highly recommend silicone pads - this is my love. Any baking easily removed from them and does not stick, and baking last longer and will be like new.

We send our foundation in the oven at 180 g for 15-20 minutes until almost cooked.

Until baked through the foundation, rub with about 120 g of cheese and cut into rings of tomato. I used cherry tomatoes.

Ship in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
