When the moon is full, it means you can be filled... But ideally, of course, to look consciously at what lies on store shelves and what we put in our mouths and begin to "load" only with usefulness (after all, it's 21 years and 21 centuries in the yard and it's time to get wiser!)
We are preparing a tasty and healthy drink that helps to reduce excess "food" weight (muscle remains in place).
Ingredients:
1. Water - 1 glass
2. Ground cloves - a third of a teaspoon
3. Turmeric - on the tip of a knife
4. Lemon - slice
5. Honey - 1 tablespoon
6. Apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - on the tip of a knife
Preparation
We take spices, pour into a glass: cloves, black pepper, turmeric (it is better to take Indian turmeric), pour hot water, cover with a lid and let it extract for 5 minutes.
Strain through a strainer, add apple cider vinegar (preferably homemade), put honey. Have a great winter day, friends!
