A surplus of energy leads to the fact that the body stores it in case of deficiency.
The calorie counting method is not that popular because people don't want to bother. Someone does not understand, someone is bored, someone is lazy to count calories.
But many studies show that it is the calorie content of the diet that will determine whether you lose weight or, on the contrary, gain more and more excess weight.
This is the reality. The basis of weight loss is a calorie deficit, whether we like it or not.
A calorie deficit can be created in a number of ways.
Someone will choose another fashionable diet with a bunch of restrictions and prohibitions, but a clear understanding of "this is impossible, but this is possible and no calculations "and will try with the last bit of strength not to break off her, someone will run to the gym to spend his energy.
In my opinion, calorie control by counting small calorie deficits is the most comfortable way to lose weight.
The most comfortable - because:
- you are limited only by your KBZhU with a small deficit, into which you can fit your favorite products,
- minimal deficiency - relieves hunger, and a balanced diet according to BJU provides the body with all the necessary nutrients and vitamins.
Me and many readers of my channel managed to lose weight using calorie counting and manage to maintain the weight not denying yourself baked goods, fruits, bread, dairy products and everything that is banned for various diets.

I had breakfast with a cheese cake with tea.
35 g sour cream, 35 g whole grain rice flour, 1 chicken egg, 55 g mozzarella - mixed and fried with 2 g butter on both sides.
It turned out breakfast for 450 kcal.
The reminder contains muffins with egg, green onions and cabbage, as well as a carrot cake:
I decided to drink sea buckthorn tea for a while, get some vitamins. Therefore, for a snack I prepared tea (sea buckthorn, a little raspberry, lemon juice and 30 g of honey). Took tea 150 kcal.
And for tea I cut 120 g of turkey ham - 210 kcal.
I dined 450 g of potato soup with minced turkey meatballs (minced breast + thigh) with 40 g of homemade whole grain bread.
Lunch at 380 kcal.
For dinner I prepared julienne with turkey breast, mushrooms, sour cream and cheese. I did not bother with the portioned bowls, cooked everything in a frying pan, sprinkled with cheese and then baked it until cheese crust in the oven.
My portion of julienne (250 g) and 150 g of cucumber came out on 390 kcal.
The result of the day is 1580 kcal. B - 108, F - 72, U - 125.
