This bread is above all praise - soft, airy, fragrant! Everyone who tried it asked me for a recipe. It is very simple to prepare such bread, it is cooked directly on the stove in a frying pan. And most importantly, it's very tasty - I often bake it, and have not bought store-bought bread for a long time. Write down the recipe!

Preparation:

Knead the dough: put 500g of sifted flour in a bowl, add salt, sugar, dry yeast, kefir and warm water (I wrote the exact amount of ingredients at the end).

Knead the dough, as soon as it becomes more or less homogeneous, add vegetable oil and knead again. The dough will be sticky at first, then soft.

Cover with a napkin and put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. Then we spread the dough on a work surface lightly sprinkled with flour, knead a little and put in a cold frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Close with a lid and leave for 30 minutes.

Cook the bread on the lowest heat for about an hour (30 minutes on each side). It rolls over easily, keeps its shape well.

This bread is very tasty both hot and cold. I serve it to the soup, make sandwiches with it (with butter and cheese - just delicious!) And just eat it. Bon appetit, my dears!

flour - 500g
yeast - 1 teaspoon
kefir - 150 ml
warm water - 150 ml
sugar - 1.5 teaspoons
salt - 1 teaspoon
vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
