I recommend taking larger young potatoes. Well my potatoes, I won't peel them, he's young :) I take a hard sponge and rub each potato well under water and that's it.
I transfer the potatoes to a saucepan, pour cold water. I put it on the stove, wait until it boils, then salt and cook the potatoes over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
Grate cheese on a fine grater, add garlic (you can chop finely or through a press), dried rosemary (it is ideal for potatoes).
Finely chop the dill, parsley and add to the cheese.
If the cheese is not salty, then now you can add a little salt and, of course, add black ground pepper, butter (softened), sour cream and mix everything well.
The potatoes are boiled, I take them out and let them cool a little.
I cut the potatoes lengthwise and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
I put a cheese spread on each potato.
I cook potatoes in an oven preheated to 240 degrees for 10 minutes.
