I discovered a new successful recipe for jellied pie: now it's my favorite

✨ The filling turns out to be hearty and aromatic, and the dough is cooked for one-two-three!

✨No yeast or egg beating with a mixer. You can even knead with just a spoon.

📕 For cooking you will need: 🥙

Filling:
Onions - 2 medium heads
Fresh champignons - 4 pcs.
Minced meat (any) - 300 g
Salt, ground pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - for frying
Dough:
Wheat flour - 2 stack.
Kefir (any fat content) - 2 stack.
Soda - 1 tsp l. with a slide
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Peel the onions and cut into small cubes.

We cut the champignons a little larger, because after frying they will decrease in volume.

Pour some vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up and then add the chopped onion. Fry for a few minutes until translucent, then lay the chopped mushrooms.

Stir and continue to simmer until excess moisture comes out of the mushrooms and a slight ruddy appears.

Now add the minced meat. Stir and fry again, now we are looking for excess liquid to evaporate from the minced meat. At the end of cooking, salt and season to taste. Remove the filling from the heat and let it cool slightly.

Well, now we are preparing the dough. It is prepared very quickly and easily. Pour room temperature kefir into a bowl, if you just took it out of the refrigerator, you can slightly warm it up in the microwave. Add soda and mix, wait 5 minutes for the reaction to start.

Next, drive in the eggs, add a pinch of salt and stir thoroughly again.

Now sift the flour and add portions to the bowl with the liquid ingredients.

We knead the dough. It should be smooth and fluid, almost like a pancake, but a little thinner.

Take any baking dish that is suitable for its volume (but not detachable) and pour half of the dough into it. If the dishes are metal or ceramic, grease them with oil and sprinkle them with flour. If it is silicone - the pie will get it like that.

Spread the filling on top with an even layer.

And pour the rest of the dough on top of the filling. Gently level with a spatula or spoon.

We send the cake to bake in the oven, preheated to 180 ° for about 40 minutes.

That's all, a hearty snack is ready! You can take this cake with you to work or serve it instead of bread. If it cools down - just reheat it in the microwave - it will be as fresh.
