He led for the most part sedentary lifestyle, working at the computer, resting from running past two days and mushroom weekend. And I understand how well I did not have today in the early morning to go in traffic jams on the bus, then shake in me hated the subway and meet with civil servants.

5 years ago I myself was a civil servant, I understand everything and sometimes even sympathize. But are often faced with some exaggerated -That one civil servant, to gather in all the negative moments.

But away all thoughts of affairs - today I fight only with the computer).

And yes, you first need to have breakfast. And now the moment when the soul wanted to mess (and it happens very rarely)!

The breakfast consisted of my millet cereal milk 2.5% (spread to 1 1 with water) and added readiness bag / sachet sweetener - turned 300 g of finished cereal - 350 kcal.

I drank green tea and do not forget at meal times about omega-3 and vitamins. Let me remind you that the omega-3 should take it at meal time.

I know myself well, one and a half hours after the start of porridge I strongly want to eat. So my snack today was not at 11 o'clock in the morning, and a little earlier.

And I had a snack thin rye bread with fish pate and green tea, and later 40 g Belevsky pastilles without sugar and one cup of green tea to sip while you work.

All this together undershot pulled on 275 kcal.

Again, this bad habit to carry tea to a computer or even a snack. Well, let. And what's wrong after all? Combine with pleasant necessary (work).

At lunch I was still cheese soup with chicken breast, which I happily and lunch.

I thought something must be prepared from the halves of the salmon, which has long been lying in the freezer. And nothing but the fish cakes for this fish I had not thought of.

Just bake the fish that was in the freezer for a long time - I can not bring (even more so nobody knows what happened to the fish before it got to me). Therefore, in my opinion burgers the best outcome for my fish nest egg.

Turned dinner fish cakes (150 g) and vegetable salad, balsamic refilled. For a long time I was not sure, but then pulled from his boiled potatoes to fish cutlets (70 g).

My dinner pulled 360 kcal.

Total for the day I Naela on 1385 kcal.

Diligently today drank water (water based standards - 30 ml per kg body weight)
