- repeatedly in the articles it was explained over and over again how to calculate your calorie intake or how to calculate the KBZhU of a dish.
However, there are links to step-by-step instructions in each article. Read and apply - that is all that is already required of you.
But, to my regret, there are not so many people who want to read and delve into them. Therefore, almost every day there are questions related to the calculation of calorie intake and KBZhU dishes, from which it is clear that they did not read and did not delve into them.
I want to once again today dwell on the calculation of the KBZhU of a complex dish.
I will not advertise the author of the comment, so that there are no offenses. I just want to give an example that we will analyze today.
We are preparing pancakes. Suppose we took 200 g of milk, 1 egg weighing 60 g, 100 g of flour and 50 g of boiling water, sahzam and salt. We fried pancakes in butter and all the pancakes took 30 g of butter.
How do you know how much oil is gone? We weigh the bottle of oil, memorize the numbers (it was 850 g). We bake pancakes using butter. Then, after finishing the oven, we again weigh the bottle of oil (now 820 g). So we used 30 g.
In the calorie counter (I have 30 sieves) we create a recipe: we call it, for example, "pancakes", we enter all the products that we used. I do not write salt, sahzam and water are optional - these are 0 kcal.
And the most important thing! Where it says the output of the dish, we indicate the weight of the pancakes that you baked. Let it turn out ready-made, we have 360 g of pancakes.
But we don't tick the boxes for frying, stewing, etc.!
Why? We know exactly how much oil we used - 30 g. And we have already taken this oil into account in the ingredients and it has already significantly added calories to our pancakes!
But what does the developer of the application mean by "frying", which is clearly far from KBZHU and other things (as we found out recently, after seeing the developer's answers to questions regarding the calculation of KBZhU) - we do not we know. How much oil is there? More or less than we used? After all, it is from quantity butter will depend on the calorie content of the pancakes.

How to explain it even easier - I no longer know. Everything else depends on you and your desire to understand and delve into the information that has already been given and systematized.
Honestly, when I started, there was not so much systematized information. I had to study, highlight the main thing, make mistakes, relearn and go forward again. And I got there because there was a desire and perseverance, because I was not lazy to look for the information I needed.

For breakfast, I have two scrambled eggs with green onions, 120 grams of tomato and 40 grams of homemade whole grain bread.
After counting breakfast and planning the menu for the day, I decided that at breakfast I can also eat glazed cheese (50 g) with tea.
Breakfast for 465 kcal.
In a reminder today, a recipe for a trifle (dessert in a glass) and a recipe for liver pate:
As a snack, I ate 200 g of fermented baked milk - this is 135 kcal.
How jelly helps me out this week. You certainly don't need to think about one meal. For lunch I ate 250 g of jellied meat and 40 g of homemade whole grain bread. Lunch at 600 kcal.
I fried fish for everyone for dinner - that's all that was enough for me today in terms of cooking.
She herself ate the same fried fish (200 g of navaga) with 30 g of homemade whole grain bread and 90 g of tomato.
Dinner 345 kcal.
The calorie content of the day is 1545 kcal. B - 100, F - 80, U - 106.
Considering that I was sick this week and practically shirked cooking, BJU suits me perfectly in the current conditions.
