Ingredients:

The hardest part of this recipe is to bake the garlic. For 1 pack of oil, we need 1 head of garlic. If the garlic is small, then take two.
Cut off the top of the garlic, don't peel it! Sprinkle a little vegetable oil so that it seeps between the cloves. Wrap in foil, put in a baking dish and in the oven.
We bake the garlic for 40-50 minutes, the cooking time depends both on the oven and on the size of the head. It turns out like this:
We take a pack of softened butter, add baked garlic to it (it is easily squeezed out of the husk). We put chopped greens - dill is best, in my opinion.
