Ingredients:

  • meat (pork neck) - 1 kg
  • apple - 1/2 pc.
  • persimmon - 1/2 pc.
  • onions - 2 pcs.
  • honey - 2 tbsp. l.
  • salt - 1/2 tbsp. l.
  • ground sweet paprika - 2 tsp l.
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp l.
  • ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp l.
  • vegetable oil - for frying

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.


Take half of a large persimmon and cut it into half slices.
Cut the half of a large apple, peeled from the core, into semicircles.

2. Cut two medium-sized onions into slices.

3. We take about 1 kg of pork, I use the neck part. Wash the meat and dry well with paper towels.
Put the meat in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil.

4. Fry over high heat on each side for about 1-2 minutes until a beautiful golden brown crust. It is this crust that gives the meat aroma, beautiful appearance and preserves juices. So that the oil on which the meat is fried does not splash too much, cover the pan with a lid, but not completely.
Remove the finished meat from the heat.

5. Cooking meat sauce.
Pour 0.5 tbsp into a bowl. l. salt, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 2 tsp. ground sweet paprika and 2 tbsp. l. honey. I melted the honey a little in the microwave to make it liquid. To this we add about 0.5 tsp. l. ground black pepper. We mix everything.

6. We make cuts on the fried meat, but do not cut it completely.

7. With the prepared mixture we evenly lubricate the meat in all cuts, top and bottom.

8. Insert a plate of apple, onion and persimmon into each cut. This is how we stuff all the cuts in the meat.

9. Place the stuffed meat on a baking sheet covered with foil. Gently wrap the meat in foil so that the liquid that will stand out from the meat does not pour out onto the baking sheet.

10. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake a kilogram piece of meat for about 60 minutes.

11. The meat is baked, take it out of the oven and open the foil. Be careful not to burn yourself with the steam.
Put the finished meat on a dish decorated with lettuce leaves and serve.
