Boats with cheese filling, serve instead of bread to the main course or just like that. Simple and at the same time very tasty, I often cook instead of donuts with garlic.

***************************

Recipe:

for the test:

milk -200 ml

dry yeast "Haas" -5g

sugar -1 tbsp

salt -1 / 3 tsp.

vegetable oil -40ml

flour -300g

For filling:

cheese -100-150g

dill - to taste

garlic - 2-4 teeth

Cooking method

Prepare the dough in a bowl, pour 200 ml of warm milk, add 1 tbsp. sugar and add yeast, follow the instructions on the package, I need 7 grams per 500 grams of flour, I will have about 300 grams of flour, so I add 5 grams of dry yeast.
Let it stand for 5-10 minutes to make sure the yeast is working.

Pour the suitable yeast into a bowl, salt 1 / tsp. and pour in. vegetable oil 40 ml. Now add sifted flour 300 grams and knead the dough with your hands or you can use a kneader.
The dough should turn out to be soft, elastic, not sticky to your hands.
We put it in a warm place to climb for 1-1.5 hours,
Now that the dough has risen, we knead the dough and divide it into parts, I divide it into 9 parts weighing 60 grams each.

We take one cone, roll out an oval, and roll it into a roll, pinch the edges.
Now we make an incision with a knife, but not completely, we get such boats.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Grate cheese on a fine grater, I have 150 grams, you can take it to taste, finely chop the dill and add to the cheese, add 2-3 cloves of garlic here.

Stir, grease the boats with an egg, and then sprinkle with the filling.
Let it stand for 15 minutes, so that the boats are spaced and put in the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

We take out the finished boats, let them cool a little and serve them to the table, you can serve them with the main dish instead of bread, which I usually do.
