Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 pcs.
- tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- cheese - 100 g
- butter - 10 g
- ground black pepper - to taste
- salt - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. We take two young zucchini and cut lengthwise into strips about 1 cm thick. The resulting strips are cut across into 2 parts.
2. Salt the zucchini and mix with your hands so that salt gets on each piece of zucchini. We leave everything for about 15 minutes so that the zucchini let the juice go.
3. Cut three medium-sized tomatoes into slices. If the tomatoes are large, then they can be cut into half circles.
100 g of three cheese on a coarse grater.
4. Grease a baking sheet with butter. 15 minutes have passed, the zucchini has already let the juice out, put them on the prepared baking sheet. Place the tomato slices on top of the zucchini. We pepper everything with black ground pepper.
5. We put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
6. Remove the zucchini from the oven and top each slice with grated cheese. Put everything back in the oven for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Remove the cooked zucchini from the oven and serve.
