The delicacy has a velvety banana taste and an appetizing appearance, however, in addition to this, the dessert is also very useful, because it contains dried fruits. By the way, you can bake cakes for him in advance, in the morning or on the eve of assembly, so that they are cooled. If desired, you can even soak them with syrup or jam, leaving them in the refrigerator overnight.

Make cake cream from farm cream with a fat content of at least 35%. They can be purchased at the market or in a specialty store. The plant-based cream needs to be whipped a little longer and is often stratified.

Ingredients:

Dough:

Chicken eggs - 6 pcs.

Sugar - 2 tbsp.

Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.

Salt - 4 pinches

Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons

Cream:

Cream (more than 35% fat) - 600 ml

Powdered sugar - 70 g

Cocoa powder - 1 tsp

Filling:

Banana - 2 pcs.

Pitted prunes - 150 g

Raisins - 70 g

Vegetable oil for lubricating the mold

Grease the mold with vegetable oil, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the prepared biscuit dough into the baking pan and place it immediately in the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Then turn off the heat and let the biscuit cool in the oven without opening the door.

Create a dough in the same way and bake a second sponge cake. Cool the baked goods and cut in half horizontally.

Pour the cream into the bowl of a food processor. Pour in the icing sugar and beat for 3-4 minutes, but no more, otherwise you will get butter. As soon as the buttercream adheres to the whisk, it's ready.

Put half of the cream in a bowl, add cocoa powder to the bowl and whisk for 1 minute. You get chocolate cream too.

Put a third of the buttercream on half of one biscuit and smooth.

Remove the prunes from the boiling water, dry with a paper towel and cut into medium cubes. Peel the bananas and slice the same as the dried fruit. Place half of both slices on top of the cream.

Cover with a second crust and spread the chocolate cream on top, smooth. Spoon out the leftover prunes and bananas.

Cover with the third cake layer and cover completely with butter.

Decorate the cake with prunes, raisins and leftover cream. Place in the refrigerator for soaking for at least 4-5 hours, ideally for a day.
