Ingredients:

1 kg svinushek

3 garlic cloves
a small bunch of dill
5 peas allspice

Preparation:

1. Processed and soaked mushrooms cut into convenient pieces.
2. Svinushki put in a saucepan and cover with clean water. Put the dishes on the stove and cover the lid.

3. Boil mushrooms at gentle reflux for 40 minutes.
4. Then, remove from the liquid svinushki skimmer arms and squeeze any excess water.

5. Decompose mushrooms sterilized hot banks to 2/3 volume.

6. Boil 1 liter water. Pour seasoning, sugar and salt.
7. Add the marinade finely chopped dill and garlic.
