Pork rolls stuffed with mushrooms are perfect as a main course on any festive table. Such rolls with mushrooms are very tasty and aromatic, and on the table they look beautiful and appetizing. Due to the breading, the meat remains tender and juicy. It goes well with the filling of fried mushrooms and aromatic peppers.
Preparing such meat rolls with mushrooms is quite simple. They won't take up a lot of your time on a holiday. I use pork in the recipe, but you can also make these chicken fillet rolls.

Ingredients:

  • pork (chop) - 1 kg
  • champignons - 400 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • bread crumbs - 150 g
  • vegetable oil - for frying
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the filling.
Wash 400 g of mushrooms and cut into small cubes.
We also cut one onion into cubes.

2. Peel one sweet pepper and cut it into strips. Cut the strips of pepper into cubes.

3. Put chopped mushrooms in a well-heated frying pan. Fry over high heat until all the liquid has evaporated. Stir the mushrooms periodically.
When the liquid evaporates, pour vegetable oil into the pan for the mushrooms. Put the chopped onion here.

4. Fry mushrooms with onions until the onions are golden.
At the end, salt everything to taste and pepper with black pepper. We mix.

5. Transfer the finished mushrooms to a bowl. Add chopped peppers to them. We mix everything.

6. We take 1 kg of pork meat, which is suitable for chops. I use a chop. Cut the meat into slices about 8-10 mm thick.
We beat the meat slices well on both sides with a meat hammer. The better the meat is beaten with a hammer, the better and more beautiful it will roll into a roll.

7. We lay out all the pieces of meat on the board. Salt on one side and pepper with black pepper. We put the meat in a pile, rubbing the seasonings over the meat.

8. Cooking rolls.
We put a piece of prepared meat. We spread about 1 tbsp on it. fillings. The amount of filling depends on the size of the piece of meat. We roll it into a roll. With this method, we fill and twist all the rolls.

9. Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add a little salt. Beat them with a fork.

10. Put the pan on the fire and pour in the vegetable oil. The layer of oil should be 0.5 cm or slightly larger.
First dip the prepared meat rolls in a beaten egg. Then roll in breadcrumbs. We put them in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. We put it with the slice down, so that it is immediately fried and the roll does not unwind.

11. Fry the rolls on three or four sides for about 2 minutes. We fry the rolls on a low-medium heat. Each portion of the rolls takes 6-8 minutes.
Put the finished meat rolls on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

12. For serving on a festive table, we decorate the dish with lettuce leaves. Put the cooked meat rolls in the middle.

The meat rolls turned out to be very tasty and satisfying. Delicate meat goes well with fragrant mushroom filling. Such rolls are prepared quite simply and are perfect as a hot dish on the festive table.
