Delight is guaranteed! I cook when I want to surprise everyone with ordinary potatoes. The usual favorite products in such a presentation turn into a dish worthy of a festive table. Moreover, it will take a little more time than the usual serving of mashed potatoes with meat.

Recipe:

Potatoes -700gr.

Butter -50 gr.

Cheese -50g.

Salt -1 tsp

Egg -1pc.

Milk -50-100ml.

For filling:

Cheese -50g.

Minced meat -200gr.

Champignons -200gr.

Onion -1pc.

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Black pepper - to taste

Red pepper - to taste

Tomatoes -1pc.

Tomato paste - optional

COOKING METHOD

Peel the potatoes, the weight of the peeled potatoes is 700 grams, salt the potatoes, fill them with water and cook until the potatoes are ready.

During this time, we will prepare the filling. Cut the onion into cubes. Cut fresh champignons into cubes. Cut the tomato into 2 parts and grate on a coarse grater, holding onto the skin.

We remove the peel, we do not need it. Take a frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil, put onion and fry until translucent, now add mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates, add salt, black and red pepper to taste.

Mix and remove from the pan. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, put the minced meat and fry it until the liquid evaporates, trying to break all the lumps.

Now add the tomatoes and a little tomato paste, simmer until tender. Now add the onion with mushrooms and mix and the filling is ready. We check the potatoes for readiness and turn them into mashed potatoes, our task is to prepare delicious mashed potatoes.

Add 50 grams of butter, break 1 egg, put 50 grams of grated cheese. Add milk or cream 50-100 ml. The mashed potatoes are ready. We take a baking sheet, grease it with vegetable oil, form nests from mashed potatoes with a spoon, or you can form nests using a pastry bag.

Put the prepared filling into the recess, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. We put in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and the cheese is light brown.
