I do not know a single person who would not like barbecue. Of course, it is the most delicious in nature, fried with smoke on a real grill. But what about those who live in high-rise buildings, and there is no way to cook this favorite meat dish on the grill? Naturally, use the oven. The pork kebab prepared according to this recipe in a roasting sleeve turns out to be very tasty, juicy and soft. Cooking?

Ingredients:

Pork neck - 1 kg

Onions - 200 g

Bulgarian pepper - 200 g

Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons

White wine vinegar - 1 tbsp

Sea salt - to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Barbecue seasoning - 1 tsp

Preparation:

1. To cook pork skewers in the oven, prepare all the necessary products according to the list. Pork neck is ideal for this recipe, it turns out that it turns out to be soft and juicy. The shoulder blade or back may become stiff. Peel the onion from the husk, peel the bell pepper from seeds and stalks. Wash the vegetables under running water and dry. The meat must also be washed and dried with paper towels.

2. Cut the pork neck into 3 cm thick cubes and place the meat in a deep bowl.

3. Add soy sauce, white wine vinegar, freshly ground black pepper, any kebab seasoning and a little olive oil.

4. Cut the onions into rings 0.3–0.4 mm thick and place them in a bowl of meat.

5. Stir the marinated pork thoroughly so that each piece is well covered with spices, I do this with a disposable glove. Leave the meat to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

6. Now we “put on” the marinated meat on wooden skewers, alternating with slices of bell pepper and onion rings.

7. Preheat the grill pan, put the kebabs on it on wooden skewers and fry them from all sides until golden brown, for 1.5-2 minutes. With this procedure, we “seal” all meat juices inside.

8. Then you need to shift the kebabs into the baking sleeve, in one layer, so that they cook quickly and evenly. Tie a sleeve on both sides. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put a baking sheet with blanks in it and bake in convection mode for 15-20 minutes.

9. Serve ready-made pork skewers immediately after cooking.

If meat juice appears in the sleeve during baking, it can be used as a gravy for any side dish. It is good to serve such a kebab with mashed potatoes, pasta, buckwheat or rice.
