Cooking method:
Prepare the dough: Take 3 bowls, pour a packet of custard into each, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 3 tbsp. spoons of flour, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa in one bowl, pour 0.5 cups of milk into each bowl, knead everything well and bake in the oven preheated to 180’C for about 15-20 minutes 3 cakes, cool.
Prepare the glaze: Pour sugar and cocoa into the water and cook over low heat until it boils for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly, then add the butter and pour in the cognac, cook for another 5 minutes, cool.
Prepare the cream: Whip the cream with sugar into a stiff mass.
We collect the cake: soak all the cakes with liquor, the bottom cake is light, grease with cream, sprinkle thickly with chopped walnuts, lay the dark cake, smear with cream, sprinkle with nuts, lay the light cake, grease the top and sides with cream, pour icing through a pastry bag with a thin nozzle in a chaotic manner, decorate with berries, leave in a cool place for 5-6 hours.
