Today I will share a recipe for a pie without a gram of sugar and flour. Fragrant banana crumb with apple slices will pleasantly surprise you with its taste and healthy composition. #photo lesson7
Ingredients: banana, apple, chicken eggs, oatmeal, honey (optional), baking powder
Cooking method:
Grind oatmeal into small crumbs using a blender or coffee grinder.
Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and mix with the baking powder. Optionally, you can add aromatic spices, such as cinnamon, dried orange or lemon zest.
Since there is no sugar in this banana apple pie, it is advisable to take ripe bananas, and even better, slightly overripe ones. Break bananas into pieces and put in a blender bowl. My bananas were not very ripe, I added a little honey. Add eggs there and beat with a blender into a smooth mass.
We spread the liquid mixture to the dry, mix until smooth and leave to stand.
In the meantime, cut the apple into a medium cube.
Add the apple cubes to the batter and mix gently.
Pour the dough into a baking dish (mine is 23 cm) and level it.
We bake the cake until a toothpick is dry (if a toothpick stuck in the middle remains dry, the cake is ready). Baking time is approximately 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Allow the banana cake to cool slightly and decorate as desired: you can sprinkle with powdered sugar, decorate with banana slices, mint leaves or sprinkle with honey. Bon Appetit!
