If you set yourself a goal and read a lot of studies on the topic of weight loss, which investigate various methods of losing weight (from cutting back on carbohydrates or fats, to fasting) - the conclusion is almost everywhere the same - it is necessary to reduce the calorie content of the diet in order to lose weight, but all kinds of methods are already secondary and not always necessary.

Not only me, but also my regular readers, who also control nutrition and have achieved certain results, faced with distrust from acquaintances, friends, colleagues who see what we eat and our results.

It has long been in our heads that losing weight is always hunger, always restrictions, always tasteless.

And in no way many can step over stereotypes and understand that getting rid of excess weight is much easier than it seems. Lighter, more comfortable, and tastier than we've tried before by following all kinds of diets.

And to understand that the calorie content of our food is important and that everyone has their own calorie rate - then a wall arises.

Why, why starve on a meager diet, trying to quickly lose weight? To lose weight quickly (if you don't lose weight), and then quickly recruit everything again?

After all, nothing will change from the fact that for a couple of weeks or a month you go hungry, perhaps you will lose weight and then return to your regular diet, on which you gained excess weight.

I will not tire of repeating that you can do it differently!

Yes, not fast. But why do we need fast? Then to run on blogs and ask, what to do with stretched skin, for example?

Losing weight fast is not something to strive for.

It is necessary to strive to change the diet in principle, to change the way of life, to reduce high-calorie foods in the diet. You need to strive for a balanced diet. Then there will be no problems with being overweight.

And the existing problems with excess weight can be solved gradually, by small a calorie deficit, with delicious food and a comfortable process. And not focusing on some abstract calorie content, but adhering to your individual calorie intakecalculated by the formula taking into account your physical activity.

Calorie control is not about going down to 1000-1200 kcal. It's much deeper. By regulating the calorie intake, you can lose weight, you can maintain weight, or you can get better. It is necessary to understand the essence of nutrition based on calorie counting and its capabilities, and not jump on top, grabbing information and superimposing it on existing stereotypes.

Oh, what a delicious breakfast I had today! In winter, you want better food, but hotter food.

I warmed myself up as much as 300 g of cabbage pie, which I cooked yesterday and wholeheartedly ate it all with green tea.

And breakfast turned out to be 440 kcal.

In a reminder of recipes today, a recipe for fruit soufflé and pizza on curd dough:

For a snack I drank green tea and ate 100 g of curd glazed curds - 275 kcal, which I prepared again yesterday. These are the curds you can eat without a twinge of conscience, not like purchased ones.

For lunch, I warmed up 100 g of boiled pasta and chicken breast baked with pickled cucumber and tomato and cheese. Added 100 g of cucumber.

Lunch at 410 kcal.

In the evening, for dinner, I fried two eggs with 120 g of turkey ham and green onions. Not that there was nothing else to eat, but I wanted such scrambled eggs in the morning and I just planned it for the evening, agreeing with myself that I would eat the pie in the morning and scrambled eggs in the evening.

Dinner 425 kcal

And after supper I drank tea with candy (30 g) - 130 kcal.

Result of the day: K - 1680. B - 107, F - 83, U - 133.
