The only limitation is our KBZhU norm (calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates.

In the morning I took out a turkey thigh to cook soup and stew potatoes for dinner. But again, with the soup, I didn't grow together this week, there was no time to cook the soup during the day.

Therefore, a stash of dumplings saved me, which is time to replenish on the weekend (and so laziness).

155 g dumplings (frozen weight) and 30 g sour cream 15% - 385 kcal.

For dinner, I still cooked, as planned, a huge stewpan of stewed potatoes with turkey thigh fillets and mushrooms, so that there would be enough to eat on weekends as well.

My serving of potatoes (400 g) and cucumber (130 g) - 450 kcal.

And in the evening I pampered myself with 30 g of apricot jam with green tea - 75 kcal.

How I dreamed about apricot jam for a long time, waited for it for almost a week and today I waited. And what do you think? It seemed to me too sweet, although my family decided that it was even sour!

Result of the day: K - 1590. B - 91, F - 70, U - 149.

Well, I did my job and showed that even with dumplings, jam, potatoes and pies, you can observe KBZHU and it is even delicious to cook all these dishes from healthy products (whole grain flour and cottage cheese, low-calorie meat, etc.) Further).
