Luxurious and delicious salad with seafood and fish will brighten any holiday and will delight gourmets.

Sea Pearl salad for New Year's table

Ingredients:

  • 3 squid
  • 1 pack of crab sticks
  • 150 g lightly salted trout (another red fish)
  • 2 eggs
  • onions optional (pickled or sautéed in oil)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mayonnaise
  • red caviar and greens for decoration

How to cook:

1. Defrost the squid, pour boiling water over for 1 minute, then remove and peel.

2. Boil water and lower the squid into it for 1-2 minutes, then remove and transfer to cold water.

3. Cut the boiled squid into thin strips.

4. Boil eggs, cool, peel and also chop into strips or just finely.

5. Grind crab sticks and fish as well as squid. Preferably with the same straw. Well, or whatever suits you best. Cubes work too.

By the way, trout can be replaced with pink salmon, chum salmon or coho salmon.

6. Collect salad: squid, eggs, fish, crab sticks, onions if desired, mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste.

7. Stir the salad and refrigerate before serving.

8. When serving, garnish with red caviar and herbs.
