On the channel, I share not only my experience of losing weight with the help of a calorie deficit and a menu for the day, but also recipes for dishes, with the calculated KBZhU.

Why do you need to know KBZhU dishes? To eat pies and not be afraid that they will be deposited on the sides.

I would like to suggest that you cook another version of cabbage pie, which I called "curly cabbage pie".

Cabbage pies are often too wet. And I decided to slightly change the cooking method so that the dough remains fluffy to the maximum and soaked in juice as little as possible.

In such a cake, the amount of filling can be increased and not be afraid that everything will get wet at once or not baked at all.

Cooking.

The first thing we do is cook stewed cabbage.

Fry onions and carrots in a drop of oil, add cabbage (I have Peking cabbage, but you can take a regular white cabbage). Do not forget to salt and pepper.

Stew cabbage until half-readiness without a lid so that excess liquid evaporates to the maximum.

You can add some mushrooms or boiled eggs to the cabbage, thereby diversifying the options for the pie.

For the dough, mix cottage cheese (150 g), milk (50 g), an egg, a pinch of salt - beat everything well into a homogeneous mass. I used a blender.

Next, add flour (100 g whole grain rice and 15 g wheat BC) and baking powder. Beat well again.

Put all the cabbage into a baking dish (I have a silicone 18 cm), after draining the excess juice from it (you can even squeeze the juice with a spoon). Line up the cabbage.

Fill with dough and a spoon in several places we make punctures in the cabbage so that the dough flows in them a little. This will allow the dough and cabbage to seize and the finished cake will not float.

We bake in an oven preheated to 160-170 g for 40-45 minutes.

Remember to "brush the cake" with a fork to make it curly.

The ingredients I used to make the pie:

  • 150 g cottage cheese 9%,
  • 50 g milk 2.5%,
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 100 whole grain rice flour and 15 g wheat sun,
  • a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 500 g of Chinese cabbage (you can use regular white cabbage),
  • 100 g onions (1 medium onion)
  • 85 g carrots (1 small),
  • 5 g of olive oil.

KBZHU per 100 g: K - 146, B - 7.4, F - 4.4, U - 19.4.
