Ingredients:
Butter - 100 gr.
Sugar - 200 gr.
Apples - 500 gr.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Kefir - 200 ml.
Soda - 0.5 tsp.
Flour - 220 gr.
Cinnamon - 2 tsp
How to cook:
To bake a charlotte on kefir with apples, prepare all the necessary products. Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand so that it becomes soft and elastic, while making sure that it does not melt into a liquid mass.
Combine butter and sugar in a deep bowl and mix thoroughly for 5 minutes.
Then beat in one chicken egg into the thick mass.
Dissolve soda in kefir. Pour it into the base mix, stirring frequently.
Sift the flour through a sieve in advance, pour it into the mass in small portions.
When all the flour has been added, beat the dough with a hand blender to loosen any lumps. It should come out thicker than on pancakes.
Grease a baking dish with oil or cover with a piece of parchment. Pour slightly more than half of the dough into the bottom.
Wash the apples, peel, cut the core. Cut the pulp into thin slices of the same shape. Lay them in several layers on the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pour the rest of the dough on top, flatten with a spatula.
Load the pie into an oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake the apple charlotte for 45 minutes, until golden brown.
In the process, it is advisable not to open the oven door, otherwise the baked goods may settle. To check if the cake is baked inside, pierce it with a wooden skewer, the dough should not stick to it.
Cool the fluffy charlotte with apples and cinnamon, cut into portions, serve.
