My subscriber shared the recipe with me three years ago. And since the first time I tried to cook such a snack, I have already cooked it ten times for sure. I cook carrots in Korean myself. I have already shared my recipe. At the end of the article I will leave a link (if you missed it or lost it). But, of course, you can buy a ready-made salad in the store.
HOW TO PREPARE SNACK:
I cut one smoked chicken leg into small cubes. I wash the canned beans.
I combine pieces of smoked chicken, beans and carrots in Korean in a bowl (along with juice):
I also cut a bunch of cilantro here. It is cilantro. She's here very well!
I mix everything, cover with foil and put it in the refrigerator. You don't need to add oil or mayonnaise!
I give it to brew. Better 2-3 hours. But after 30 minutes (if urgently needed) you can try.
This is delicious! And most importantly, it prepares very quickly and easily. And on the festive table it looks bright and attractive)) Try it. I'm sure many will like this snack.
