Ingredients: Veal ribs, Chicken drumsticks, Potatoes, Carrots, Flour, Egg, Salt
Cooking method:
Pour the washed meat with water and place on the stove. After boiling, collect the foam and salt to taste. Remove the chicken drumsticks 30-40 minutes after boiling (if they are ready), and cook the veal ribs for 1 tsp. 30 minutes.
For now, cook homemade noodles: break 1 egg into a bowl, pour 1 tablespoon of broth, add a pinch of salt and stir. Then gradually add flour and knead hard elastic dough. Roll out the dough very thinly (about 1 mm thick). If the dough is soft and sticks to your hands, let it dry. But do not overdry, you will not be able to cut, it will break from touch.
Next, for convenience, I cut the dough into long rectangular strips (as in the photo). I fold one strip over the other and begin to cut thin strips of noodles. As you finish cutting all the noodles, you need to distribute them on the table surface and let them dry.
Then, add potatoes and carrots to the broth. Cook until tender and remove from broth. I cut the meat into portions and put it on a dish, and put potatoes and carrots on top of the meat. I decorate with onion circles. Next, add noodles to the broth, cook for 2-3 minutes and turn it off. I let it brew for 5 minutes, pour the soup into plates and call my family to the table! Can also be served with herbs! This is our family's favorite soup!
