# Christmas time # hotter Friends, hello everyone! Today I offer you a great option for a tender, juicy and very tasty chicken for the New Year's table. Save the recipe and enjoy cooking ❤️
Ingredients: 🔸 broiler chicken, 🔸 garlic, 🔸 dry thyme, 🔸 smoked paprika, 🔸khmeli-suneli, 🔸dizhonskaya mustard, salt, bay leaf, olive oil, sugar, fresh or frozen cherries, dry red wine
Cooking method:
☑️ We keep the chicken in brine in the refrigerator for a day. To do this, put the chicken in a saucepan and fill it with cold water so that the water completely covers the carcass. Add 2 tbsp. l. salt and 1/2 tbsp. l. spices for chicken, 2 bay leaves.
☑️ Before cooking, take out the chicken and dry it well with paper towels. ☑️ Put the cherries, bay leaves, garlic and sugar in a deep baking dish.
☑️ Next, pour the wine and put the chicken carcass on top. It is advisable to tie the legs of the chicken with a string. ☑️ In a small bowl, mix suneli hops, smoked paprika, dry thyme, Dijon mustard, salt to taste and olive oil.
☑️ We grease the chicken with this mixture from all sides and send it to the oven for 1-1.1 hours at 200 degrees. Cooking times will vary depending on the size of the chicken and your oven.
☑️ Be sure to open the oven 3-4 times while cooking the chicken and pour the cherry-wine sauce over the chicken. ☑️ Shortly before cooking, the chicken can be covered with a piece of foil to avoid excessive browning. ⠀ Bon appetit! Happy New Year! 🎉🤩 ⠀
