Description:

3. Wash fresh fragrant cucumbers, dry, trim the tails, remove the skin. Cut them into small wedges. Place the cucumber wedges on top of the green "pillow".

4. Now put the whole sea cocktail in a generous heap - you should not regret it.

5. Rinse the red sweet onions, dry, cut into rings. Spread over seafood. You can pre-marinate the onion in wine vinegar.

6. Add a few slices of hard-boiled chicken egg to each salad plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
