Nutritious raw buckwheat and flaxseed porridge in a lush way. You don't need to cook buckwheat!

Admin

Everyone knows about the benefits of buckwheat! And the fact that you can not even cook it, few guess (save gas, time and get more benefit). Cooking hearty buckwheat porridge without heat treatment.

Ingredients:

1. Buckwheat - a handful (B vitamins)

2. Flaxseed - 2 tablespoons (Omega 3)

3. Ground cardamom - a pinch (without it)

4. Garlic - 1 clove (germanium)

5. Water - 1 glass (more useful than melted water)

Preparation

We take high quality green or regular buckwheat (but brown is just fried live green), pour water overnight (we leave as much space in the jar as buckwheat, because it is strong swells). We also soak the flax so that it "wakes up".

In the morning (the next day) we overload the "stuffed" buckwheat and flax into the blender container, add the garlic, cardamom (pepper and salt if desired). We add warm water (closer to hot as the device tolerates).

Beat until smooth, transfer to a cup (you get a thick mass). Decorate if desired (can be heated in a steam bath). Have a great day, dear friends! :)
