It so happens that you don't want to spend a lot of time on baking, but you need to please your guests with a delicious dessert.
Then such a dessert cake with savoyardi cookies without baking will come to the rescue. Also, there is no gelatin in the recipe. It turns out to be very tasty. Milk cream goes well with biscuits soaked in coffee syrup. The taste of this dessert cake with Savoyardi is tenderness itself.

You will not spend a lot of time on cooking a Cake without baking with Savoyardi. It only takes half an hour to cook the cream. And another 15 minutes to assemble.
And it turns out there is a lot of such a cake without baking - enough for everyone!
Savoyardi cookies in this no-bake cake-dessert can be replaced with biscuit or shortbread cookies.

Ingredients:

  • milk - 1 l
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • butter - 50 g
  • corn starch - 2 tbsp. l. with a slide
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l. with a slide
  • yolk - 1 pc.
  • cocoa powder - 20-30 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g

Syrup

  • water - 250 ml
  • milk - 100 ml
  • instant coffee - 1 tbsp. l.
  • granulated sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the cream.
Pour 1 liter of milk into a saucepan, pour 1 glass of sugar, 2 tbsp. l. flour and 2 tbsp. starch.
Here we break 1 yolk, we do not need the protein.

2. We put the pan on the fire. Cook the cream over medium heat. Stir constantly with a whisk so that the cream does not burn to the bottom.
When the cream thickens and begins to boil, cook for another 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.

Add 50 g of butter and 10 g of vanilla sugar to the hot cream.
Mix everything and leave to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Stir periodically so that a crust does not form on top.

3. The cream has already cooled down a little, put 200 g of cottage cheese in a bowl and grind it with an immersion blender.
You can also grind the curd through a sieve.

4. Put the prepared cottage cheese to the already slightly cooled cream. We mix everything.
Instead of cottage cheese, you can use cream or curd cheese.

5. Cooking syrup to soak cookies.
Pour 1 tbsp into a bowl. l. instant coffee, 1 tbsp. l. sugar and pour 250 g of boiling water. We mix everything.
Pour 100 ml of milk here, for coffee. Mix again.

6. We fold the cake.
Dip the Savoyardi cookies in the prepared coffee and immediately put them in the mold.
Using this method, we lay the entire bottom of the form.
The diameter of my mold is 28 cm, and the height is 5.

7. Pour half of the prepared cream on top of the cookies.
Gently spread the cream over the entire surface with a spoon.

8. The next layer is again to lay out the Savoyardi cookies soaked in coffee.
Pour out the remaining half of the cream. Spread the cream evenly over the entire surface.
Put the cake in the refrigerator to freeze for at least 4 hours. I put it on for the night.

9. To decorate the cake, cut paper strips 2 cm wide.
Put the prepared strips on the cake.

10. Sprinkle with cocoa on top so that the gaps are completely covered with cocoa.
Carefully remove the paper strips.

11. We put new paper strips at an angle to the previous ones.
Sprinkle with cocoa again, but now not as abundantly as the first time.
Carefully remove the strips.

Cut the cake and serve.
The cake without baking turned out to be very tasty and tender.
It is simple to prepare and is great both for every day and for a festive table.
