Good day, losing weight!
Many of those who decided to lose weight refuse pasta, though very fond of them.
But I eat makaroshki periodically and thus has lost weight by 44 kg.
The most important thing - the pasta must be of durum wheat or whole grain. There are pasta of spelled, but not everybody likes the taste, but now I'm good to them. And another tip - cook pasta al dente.
Today I will share with you the recipe for spaghetti with creamy mushroom sauce.
We need:
- spaghetti or durum wheat wholegrain (50 g dry),
- champignons (100 g raw)
- cream - 100 ml.
- cheese (about 40 grams or more on your taste and inscribing in KBZHU)
- 1-2 medium cloves of garlic or garlic dry seasoning, black pepper, salt, herbs olive.
Preparation.
Boil the spaghetti until al dente state.
In a frying pan on a drop of olive oil fry the chopped mushrooms plates, so as not to burn add a little water.
Mushrooms salt and pepper, add the garlic, a pinch of Provencal herbs and cream, simmer for a few minutes, but to a boil cream try not to bring.
Add the spaghetti and a little water in which they are cooked, if the cream has boiled away, and you love posochnee gravy. Simmer for a few minutes.
The finished dish portions sprinkle with grated low-fat cheese.
