Ingredients: mackerel, salt, ground pepper or to taste, garlic, bay leaf
Cooking method:
Defrost the mackerel, but not completely, but so that it is elastic and can be cut.
Cut off the head and tail, cut open the abdomen, remove the entrails and black film. Rinse well with cold running water and dry. Cut into fillets.
Mix salt with ground pepper. Break the bay leaf into several pieces.
Cut the garlic into petals.
Fillet with salt and pepper on both sides. Put garlic petals and bay leaf on the inside of the fillet.
Fold the fillets on top of each other so that the fish learns whole. Place fish on plastic wrap and wrap tightly like candy.
Send to refrigerator for 10-12 hours. Then in the freezer.
Before slicing, remove the fish from the freezer in 10-15 minutes. Remove the garlic and bay leaves. Chop, sprinkle with vegetable oil, garnish with onions.
