Today I am preparing homemade delicious sweets for tea. I am absolutely delighted with them, they are even tastier than those that I bought in the store. You can change the filler and get a different taste.

Recipe:

Prunes -300gr.

Walnuts -50 gr.

Chocolate -100-150gr.

COOKING METHOD

We take 300 grams of prunes or dried apricots, dates can be used. Be sure to check for the presence of bones. Fill with boiling water and leave for 5 minutes, now drain the water and rinse. Put in a blender and grind. It turns out here such a plastic mass.

Roll the balls, weighing 20 grams with wet hands. You can leave it that way, I add the pre-fried walnuts.

We make a cake from a bun, put a nut, and wrap it.

Let's melt milk chocolate, if you like, you can take dark chocolate. We put on a water bath so that the bottom of the bowl with chocolate does not come into contact with water. Now roll the blanks in chocolate. And let the chocolate freeze, you can just put it in the refrigerator, I put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. The sweets are already ready, for beauty I pour dark chocolate on top.

Today I have herbal tea Ivan tea with rose hips.

In general, I am a lover of sweets with tea, I used to buy just such in the store, and now I cook myself. I put it in a container and store it in the refrigerator.
