Grease... This is such a small Belarusian "pizza" made from yeast dough, fillings (by the way, fillings are very different - from meat and fish to sweet ones) and egg and mayonnaise fillings... It is, of course, oily, harmful for our KG, but awful, delicious taste)) It is baked in molds with a diameter of 16 cm..
Ingredients
- 500-600 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 8 g active yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 400 ml water
- 11 pieces This amount of dough turns out
- For filling:
- 600 g minced meat
- 2 onions
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Seasoning for minced meat
- Ketchup for lubricating greases
- for filling:
- 3 eggs
- 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Steps
I made the dough for grease in a bread maker, so I immediately loaded all the products into the bucket and turned on the "Basic dough" mode.
Filling:
400 g minced meat
1 onion
Salt
Pepper
Condiments
I fried the onion in oil, added minced meat to it and slightly fried it, just a little bit, just so that it was not too greasy (drain the excess fat).
Pouring: Mix 3 eggs with 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
And so, the dough is ready. We take it out of the bread machine, lay it out on greased molds (the dough is sooooo sticky, so hands need to be moistened with water and so distribute the dough in shape), grease with ketchup, lay out the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese (just a little bit, you need the filling to be visible) and fill it with a few spoons fill.
We put the forms with grease in the oven preheated to 190 * and bake until tender for 15-20 minutes.
Cool the grease a little and put it on a plate. That's all, you can enjoy it, it's very tasty! a source
