Ingredients: lamb eggs, small onion, ginger, fresh or ground chili pepper - to taste, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, vegetable or olive oil
Cooking method:
Let's take care of the eggs - they need to be cleaned of two dense films. Cut one edge, remove the first foil. It can be removed easily. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully separate the second with a sharp knife. Tender pink meat will remain. Rinse under water and pat dry on a napkin.
Cut the onion into half rings, ginger into strips, crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and also cut into strips. Put the garlic, ginger and pepper in a pan with heated vegetable oil, fry for 5 minutes, remove from the pan, but do not discard. Put onion in fragrant oil and sauté until translucent. Remove the onion from the pan to the fried ginger.
Now put the halves of the eggs in the fragrant oil and fry them on both sides over high heat. As the liquid begins to stand out - pour in soy sauce, lemon juice and add fried vegetables.
