Such a cake-dessert is prepared without baking and without gelatin. Cooking is simple and not laborious. The main thing is just to wait for everything to freeze. The ingredients in this recipe are based on a 2 liter dish. Also, such a dessert can be made in portions.

Ingredients:

(for 2 l form):

Orange layer:

  • orange juice - 650 ml
  • sugar - 70 g (4 tbsp. l.)
  • starch - 60 g (6 tbsp. l. with a large slide)

Milk layer:

  • milk - 1 l
  • sugar - 150 g
  • flour - 50 g (3 tbsp. l. with a large slide)
  • starch - 30 g (3 tbsp. l. with a large slide)

Berry layer:

  • frozen berries (fresh) - 350 g
  • water - 300 ml
  • sugar - 100 g
  • flour - 50 g (3 tbsp. l. with a large slide)
  • starch - 20 g (2 tbsp. l. with a large slide)

Step by step recipe

1. Preparing the first orange layer.
Pour 650 ml of orange juice into a saucepan. Add 70 g of sugar and 60 g of starch. I use cornstarch, but you can also use potato. We mix everything.

2. We put the stewpan on the fire. Cook over a fire slightly less than average while constantly stirring with a whisk so that the mixture does not burn to the bottom and there are no lumps. After boiling the pudding, cook for about 1 minute.

3. Remove the hot pudding from the stove and immediately pour it into the mold. I took a cake pan with a diameter of 26 cm and a volume of 2 liters. Leave to cool to room temperature.

4. The first layer has already cooled down, we are preparing the second milk layer.
Pour 1 liter of milk into a saucepan, add 150 g of sugar, 50 g of flour and 30 g of starch. We mix everything.

5. Add vanilla extract or 10 g of vanilla sugar to this.
We put everything on fire. Cook over a fire slightly less than average, stirring without fail. It is best to stir with a whisk, so that all the lumps are broken better.
When the mass comes to a boil, cook for about 1 minute, so that the flour and starch are well brewed.

6. Remove the hot pudding from the heat and immediately pour it onto the frozen orange layer. Pour out carefully so as not to break the bottom layer. If necessary, distribute the pudding in shape and leave to cool to room temperature. To make it quicker when the pudding has cooled down a bit, you can put it in the refrigerator.

7. Preparing the third berry layer.
Pour 350 g of red berries into a bowl. I have a mixture of raspberries, strawberries and red currants. I use frozen berries, but you can also use fresh ones. We puree all the berries with an immersion blender.

8. Pour 300 ml of water to the prepared berries, add 100 g of sugar, add 50 g of flour and 20 g of starch. We mix everything and put on fire.
We cook in the same way, stirring constantly. After boiling berry pudding, cook for another minute and remove from heat.

10. Pour hot immediately onto the cooled milk layer. We carefully align everything in shape. Leave the cake to cool, and then put it in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. It is advisable to cover everything from above with cling film or a lid.

11. The cake is frozen, we take it out of the refrigerator and let it stand for 10 minutes at room temperature. We carefully separate it from the walls of the form with our hands.

12. Place the dish on top of the dish and turn the cake onto it. In order for the cake to move away from the walls of the mold faster, you can shake it a little with the dish. Carefully remove the shape from the cake.
The cake is ready to serve.

The Fruit Feast cake turned out to be very tender, bright and tasty. It perfectly combines milky, orange and berry layers. Preparing such a cake is not difficult, the main thing is to wait until it hardens. This cake looks great on any Party table.
