Ingredients: fresh pumpkin (raw), Salt, rice flour, mustard oil, Greens to taste and desire
Cooking method:
Wash the pumpkin, cut into large pieces and clean from seeds and pulp, remove the top crust.
Cut into small pieces, 2-3 mm thick.
Pour the flour onto a plate and add a little salt (if it is not salty, then it is better to add salt when the second frying pan is fried).
Put pieces of pumpkin in oil heated in a frying pan and fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Put the fried pumpkin pieces on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
Then put on a plate and decorate with herbs or vegetables (I only had cilantro greens) and pumpkin was very small, but I had enough for a snack I won't write here about the benefits of this wonderful vegetable! Bon appetit, everyone🥰
