Ingredients: Art Sugar, Art Sour cream, Eggs, tsp Soda, tbsp Flour, Condensed milk, tbsp Cocoa, Cream, Butter, Condensed milk, Glaze, tbsp Sugar, tbsp Cocoa, tbsp Milk, Butter, Acetic acid, Impregnation, Art. Boiling water, Art. Sugar, Cognac, rum
Cooking method:
We combine the ingredients for the dough: sugar, sour cream, eggs, condensed milk, cocoa, soda and flour. We knead the dough. It should have a pancake-like consistency. We bake 3 cakes (diameter 20-22 cm).
For the cream: beat the soft butter (remove from the refrigerator half an hour before cooking) and condensed milk.
For impregnation: add sugar to boiling water, stir until dissolved and pour cognac or rum.
Soak the cakes. We coat the completely cooled cakes with cream. It is advisable to put it in the refrigerator for stabilization (at least 2 hours)
Cooking the icing: combine sugar, milk, cocoa and butter. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes. And at the end, add 5-7 drops of acetic acid (no more).
