#newyear I decided to make test balls from the remains of minced meat that remained from the zraz with buckwheat and adding the same amount of minced chicken. I forgot to add crackers, so the minced meat was not dense enough. Mushrooms, frozen boletus, fried with onions, evaporating moisture from them. Cherries were frozen and very small, so I cut off the tops of the frozen cream tomatoes and inserted them. The tomato has steamed and softened. But that's okay, you can replace it with ketchup later. I baked it with zucchini rolls, so no water was added. Decorated with parsley. Delicious balls. In general, I like minced meat dishes. And these are zrazy in the form of balls.
Ingredients: minced pork, minced chicken, bread crumbs, cheese, onions, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, mayonnaise or sour cream, spices, salt, pepper, vegetable oil
Cooking method:
Mix the minced meat, add chopped onions, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, mix thoroughly and divide into 8 pieces. Make a cake in the palm of your hand, put fried mushrooms (champignons, chanterelles, any others) in the middle, connect the edges by making a ball. Make a small depression in the middle, put in a greased deep mold. Grease with mayonnaise or sour cream around the groove on top, sprinkle with finely grated cheese. Put a tomato in the groove.
Add some hot water to the mold. Bake for about 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 230 degrees. Put on a dish, remove the skin from the tomato. From the stalks of dill, make tails-brackets at the balls, decorate the dish with herbs.
