Ingredients: durum pasta - Fusilli, semi-smoked or smoked sausage, butter, Cherry tomatoes, tomato sauce, water or broth, salt, freshly ground black pepper, Italian herbs, Herbs (dill, parsley, basil, cilantro, etc.)

Cooking method:

Pour two liters of water into a large saucepan. Bring it to a boil, adding salt, and add pasta to boiling water. To prevent the products from sticking together, add a teaspoon of vegetable oil to the water. Boil them almost until tender, cook for about 8-10 minutes. Then fold the fusilli in a colander to drain off all the water.

Peel the sausage. In this case, the type of sausage does not really matter. Use whatever sausages you like. So, cut it into strips of the same size. In a deep frying pan, melt a piece of butter, placing the chopped sausage on it. While stirring, fry the sausage over medium heat until golden brown.

Add boiled pasta to the sausage. Stir and cook over low heat for one minute. Top with cherry tomatoes cut in half. Combine the tomato sauce with a little water or broth, pouring into the rest of the ingredients. The sauce can be replaced with natural tomato juice or tomatoes in your own juice.

Add a little salt if necessary. Season the dish with Italian herbs and a pinch of black pepper for spice. Add finely chopped dill or parsley, or basil. Stir all ingredients quickly and turn off the heat. Serve while still hot after cooking. Garnish each serving with a sprig of fresh herbs. Bon Appetit!
