New Year is approaching. We are so arranged that we love to leave new beginnings on Monday, the beginning of the month, or "I'll definitely start in the new year." Do you agree?

How many times have you wanted to lose weight and told yourself - the holidays will pass and then I will lose weight? I think not once if the problem of excess weight is relevant for a long time.

And this happens not only before the new year, but before any holiday. It seems to me that we are just looking for excuses and there is not enough motivation.

I, too, constantly started on Monday or after the holidays.

Let's eat up for the holidays and run to look for a diet with the help of which we want to throw off everything that we have eaten for many years in a week.

And there are no such diets.

Since I am talking on my channel about my experience of losing weight, I will give my example again.

The only way that helped me lose weight to such results that I never dreamed of and helps me maintain my comfortable weight is by counting calories and BJU (proteins, fats, carbohydrates).

And unlike other attempts to lose weight, I started counting calories not on Monday, but at the moment when I realized that I urgently needed to change my approach to losing weight and look for a method that will not only help you lose weight once and for all, but most importantly will not harm your health (there were already precedents, and even under the control of a "nutritionist").

And as soon as I chose the method (food control by counting KBZHU), I immediately began to act and I was not embarrassed by the fact that everyone ate kebabs for the May holidays, and I counted KBZHU.

I am not urging you to give up the New Year holidays and feasts now. For all the time I have been blogging and communicating with people on the topic of losing weight, I understand that it is useless to call for anything if a person himself in his head has not come to what he needs.

Only when we ourselves come to something and know exactly what we want - we begin to act.

And I want to wish everyone who is overweight to come to the understanding that it is necessary to get rid of it and get rid of it differently than we do. for many years they tried to instill (close your mouth and not eat, starve, show willpower and other bullying of yourself and your health).

And getting rid of it is comfortable, tasty, gradually changing your eating habits, lifestyle and nutrition in general, preserving and increasing your health.

My breakfast consisted of two eggs fried in 3 grams of butter, 80 grams of cucumber and a sandwich on 40 grams of homemade whole grain bread with 10 grams of butter and 50 grams of salted trout.

Breakfast 500 kcal.

By the New Year, I had already salted the trout and today they took a sample from it, we could not resist. It turned out gorgeous, now I would not eat it ahead of time.

By the way, who has not yet tried to cook ala poached egg in a pan? Just fry with fried eggs, not forgetting to salt and pepper, and then gently turn it over with the yolk down and fry a little more.

In a reminder today, glazed homemade cheeses and profiteroles stuffed with curd cheese and lightly salted fish:

I have dessert for a snack today. For my husband's birthday, as a treat for work, I baked cupcakes, and the scraps that remained were collected and prepared a simple trifle.

I didn't even bother with the cream. I put it in a glass in layers: scraps of muffins (55 g), poured with fermented baked milk (60 g) and apricot jam (20 g).

And it turned out to be a very tasty dessert for 230 kcal.

For lunch, I have leftover pickle with meatballs. Few people ate it on weekends, and it’s better for me, I don’t have to think about dinner today.

Warmed up 430 g of pickle, added 30 g of sour cream 20% and ate.

Lunch at 205 kcal

For dinner, I prepared a fairly light salad for myself, with an emphasis on proteins, so that you could still taste a slice of the birthday cake. Yesterday I deliberately left about 150 calories free for today's cake.

I collected the salad purely intuitively, but it turned out to be very tasty and satisfying, so I will leave the ingredients for you: 80 g each fresh and pickled cucumber, 220 g canned white beans and 330 g smoked chicken breasts.

I filled my portion of salad (250 g) with 35 g of sour cream 20%. Dinner for 360 kcal.

And 120 g of honey cake - 570 kcal.

The result of the day is 1865 kcal. B - 92, F - 91, U - 169.

Of course, you could do without a snack, not eat a trifle, but eat something protein with vegetables. But this is how I wanted to do today and the calorie content of the day suited me - I can afford to maintain small pranks.
