Ingredients: kefir of any fat content to taste, egg, Sugar, Soda, Flour, Juice of half a small lemon, medium-sized apples
Cooking method:
Wash the apples, peel and cut into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater. Put apples in a bowl, pour over the juice of half a lemon so as not to darken.
Add 50 gr to apples. sugar, if the apples are very sweet, sugar can be omitted. Kill the apples well with a hand blender.
Beat the egg separately until white foam, pour the egg into the apples and stir
Add 220 ml. kefir and mix everything again.
Flour 250 gr. sift and gradually add to the dough, mix well so that there are no lumps. The consistency of the dough should be thicker than sour cream and should slowly drain from the spoon. If there is a lot of flour, then the pancakes will become tough after cooling. If there is not enough flour, then the pancakes will not rise well.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to the dough and mix well again.
Heat the pan well over a fire, grease with vegetable oil and spoon the dough on it. Fry over low heat on both sides until golden brown. Do not put a lot of dough, the pancakes may not be fried, and for better raising, you can cover the pan with a lid.
