And yes, I ate them all! They were a little less than 0.5 kg! First we ate only hours to 17, were terribly hungry. And this is my favorite rolls)

As a result, on Saturday, given the huge number of rolls, I put 1,300 kcal! I think, tomorrow and the day after I type in weight due to the water, which will delay those same rolls and soy sauce. But. There is a calorie deficit. The process of burning fat should not stop.

The only water norm in this day I do not drink.
