Chops with egg sauce. The sauce is just mmm…. When I tried to cook this way for the first time, I was surprised by the result, the meat turns out to be so unusual in taste and juicy, although the ingredients are the most ordinary, nothing refined.

Recipe:

fillet meat -800g

salt -1 / 2 tsp

black pepper - to taste

onion -1 pc

eggs -3 pcs

Bavarian mustard "Haas" -1 tsp

lemon juice -1 tsp

sour cream -4 tbsp

COOKING METHOD

And so the pork meat, I still cooked it from chicken breast, it also turned out delicious, we cut it into plates, beat off, Salt on both sides and pepper, I have 800 grams of meat, I put a little more than half tsp salt.

Let's make the sauce. Boil the eggs and divide them into white and yolk. I don't need protein. Remember with a fork. Add 4 tablespoons. sour cream, 1 tsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. sweet mustard. Add 1/3 tsp. salt and mix.

Grate 150 grams of cheese on a coarse grater, add to the sauce and mix.

Cut the onion into half rings, put on a greased baking sheet with vegetable oil. Put the chops on top, distribute the egg sauce on the chops, cover with foil and put in the oven cook at 200 degrees for 30 minutes under foil, then remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes before browning cheese.

We take out the finished meat and serve hot to the table with a side dish. This is how it turns out appetizing, cook it for a change you will like.
