The cake without baking ZEBRA is very easy to prepare, from simple and affordable products. The cake tastes tender, airy and resembles ice cream sundae in chocolate.

Ingredients: chocolate cookies, butter, sour cream (15%), cream (33%), condensed milk, cocoa, vanillin, gelatin, water (for gelatin)

Cooking method:

Wrap the bottom of the mold (using a 18 cm ring) with foil and set on a dish.

Grind the cookies into crumbs (using a zip bag and a rolling pin or a blender) and combine with melted butter. Mix well until smooth.

Distribute the crushed biscuits with butter evenly into the mold, and tamp with a glass on the bottom of the mold. Send it to the refrigerator to freeze the oil, for 20-30 minutes.

Combine gelatin with water and leave for at least 15 minutes.

Beat cold heavy cream with a mixer until the volume increases by 3 times, until soft peaks.

Combine sour cream with condensed milk and mix with a mixer until smooth, 30-60 seconds.

Dissolve the swollen gelatin (heat in the microwave or in a water bath).

Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream to the gelatin and mix well, repeat 3-5 times to even out the temperature of the gelatin (so that it does not quickly freeze in cold sour cream).

Combine all the gelatin with sour cream and mix until smooth with a mixer, 30-60 seconds.

Combine the whipped cream with the sour cream and stir until smooth.

Divide the creamy mass into 2 equal parts. Add vanillin to the 1st part and mix. Add cocoa powder to the 2nd part and mix until smooth. IMPORTANT: when assembling the cake, you should have a saucepan with a little water on the stove. IF suddenly, you see that the cream begins to harden - put it in a water bath for 10-15 seconds so that the cream melts and it is convenient to work with it.

Alternating chocolate and vanilla cream, 3-4 tablespoons each, fill out the form.

Send it to the refrigerator until it hardens completely, at least 5-6 hours.

Before serving, first remove the foil from the bottom of the mold. After that, warm up the walls of the ring with a hairdryer and gently remove the cake from the mold. Put the cake in the refrigerator for a few minutes so that the melted walls will solidify back. Video recipe
