# newyear This dish is quite worthy of the festive table. It looks interesting this time, but the taste and tenderness of the meat just rolls over. #new year's menu #meat #pork in the oven
Ingredients: Pork pulp (neck, loin), Tomato sauce, Parsley, Garlic, Spices: salt, black pepper, Butter, Vegetable oil + for greasing the mold, Hot water, boiled
Cooking method:
We wash the meat and dry it with paper towels. Cut into portions.
We beat each piece well with a culinary hammer, on both sides. Cover the pieces with plastic wrap and while we cook the sauce.
Pour 1 tbsp into the pan. a spoonful of vegetable oil, add a piece of butter. We put on medium heat. Add tomato sauce.
Finely chop the garlic or pass it through a press and send it to the pan to the tomato sauce.
Finely chop the parsley and send it to the sauce.
Add spices. Mix everything well and fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Turn on the oven, set the temperature to 180 °
Salt each piece of meat a little, pepper and coat with sauce.
We roll each piece of meat into a roll. We fix it with a toothpick. Pour the remaining vegetable oil into the pan, heat over high heat. Fold the rolls with the seam down and fry on both sides, for about 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
Grease the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil. We release the rolls from the toothpicks and put them in the mold (seam down). We pour in water.
We close the form with foil and send it to the oven for 50 minutes and bake at 180 °.
Carefully remove the foil and let stand in the oven for 7-10 minutes. We put the rolls on a plate. You can serve with absolutely any side dish. The meat just melts in your mouth. Bon Appetit.
